We do not have a mandatory file opening fee and in most countries we do not charge this fee. In some cases we do not charge this fee but only as a security deposit which is refunded to you once the visa is granted.

This fee depends on the country you are interested in applying for. We do not charge any file opening fees for the UK, Australia, and Cyprus.

In the USA, if your IELTS score is 6.0 and HSC GPA is at least 4.0, there is no file opening fee. In European countries, we charge this fee based on the student profile.

However, the file opening charge can be up to a maximum of 9,500/- taka.

Our partnerships with universities in different countries allow us to offer our students special benefits. For example, universities in the UK, Australia, and Cyprus do not charge any application fees when applying through us.

We can also waive the application fee for those who wish to apply to the USA if they have acceptable English skills and an academic profile.

Application fees at European universities usually range between 100 and 150 euros.

The time frame for receiving an offer letter may vary depending on the university and country regulations, application procedures, and the preparation of the student’s documents. However, in our experience, in most cases, a conditional or unconditional offer letter is issued within 1 to 4 weeks of submitting a correct application. In the UK or Australia, it is possible to grant an offer letter within 2-3 days. Some universities respond quickly, while in some cases it may take a little longer, especially during the rush of admission season or when additional documents are requested. However, we always try to complete the process as quickly and accurately as possible.

Before the visa

There are certain costs you have to pay before you can apply for a visa. First, there is the cost of file opening and application fees, which will cost around 15,000 to 25,000 taka. And yes, if your profile matches our specific criteria, we will waive this file opening and application fee.

Once the offer letter is issued, you will have to show a certain amount of bank solvency to issue the I-20 document. After that, once you get the I-20, you will have to pay the embassy fee of 21 thousand and the SEVIS fee of 42 thousand taka (may fluctuate according to the dollar rate). After that, just face the embassy.

After visa

Once the visa is done, we only have to pay our service charge. And yes, to know the details about the service charge for American visa, come to our office and talk to our visa team. Because we have to manage the student’s university, their preferred program, scholarship, course outline, etc. differently and thus the cost will also depend on multiple factors.

And if your visa is refused, we do not charge any fees, and if you want, you can apply again through the embassy through us.

Before the visa

If you want to apply to the United Kingdom (UK), you don’t have to pay any file opening fees at the beginning, nor even any application fees. You can apply and get admission in the UK completely free of charge.

After receiving the offer letter, you will need to pay a portion of the tuition fee from your own bank account. Then you will complete your visa process by paying the embassy fee, health insurance fee, bank statement and other expenses. You will not have to pay any charges for using our service.

Tuition fees for one year usually range between £12,000 and £16,000.

After visa

We do not have any service charges even after obtaining a visa to the UK.

However, if you request any additional services from us beyond visa processing, charges may apply for that specific service.

Before the visa

We work the same way in Australia. We do not charge any file opening or application fees. After receiving the initial offer letter through us, you will send the tuition fee directly to the university from your own bank account.

Then, when the final offer letter arrives, you will submit your file to the embassy yourself.

Tuition fees for one year usually range between $24,000 and $26,000 Australian dollars.

After visa

We do not have any service charges even after obtaining a visa to Australia.

However, if you request any additional services from us beyond visa processing, charges may apply for that specific service.

We do not charge any file opening fee for Denmark either. However, an application fee is required. However, if your profile is eligible, we can negotiate a waiver of the application fee.

After visa

We charge a fixed service fee after a student visa in Denmark is approved. This fee is determined depending on the student’s course and program level.

However, in this case, we will not charge a service charge of more than 1,00,000/- taka, and this will be completely transparent and communicated to you in advance.
